Who is it for?

A variety of techniques are used such as: myofascial release; soft tissue release; deep tissue massage; trigger point work and muscle energy techniques.

It is ideal for anyone involved in sports activity of any kind, but it is also tremendously useful for those who spend large amounts of time sitting or involved in repetitive activity. Massage as a practice is over 4000 years old and is one of the oldest forms of physical therapy. Contrary to popular belief, sports massage should never be overly painful or an unpleasant experience. The purpose is to reduce tension and stress.

Back pain? Stiff neck and shoulders? Aching knees? Sports injury? Reduced movement? Stressed?

Then sports massage is for you.
