Fitness coaching is for anyone of any age and exercise history. You will receive individualised programs and personal training to suit your goals.

It begins with a consultation to discuss your requirements and for me to gain information on your background and starting point. A variety of assessments will be undertaken looking a basic movement patterns in order for me to learn more about how and how your body moves and responds to exercise. Together, this information will inform the personalised training program which will allow you to look better, move better and feel better.

Blocks available: £35 per session

One off PT session: £45

Monthly direct debit plans available by request

Sessions are 1 hour in duration. Blocks are non-refundable. Gym membership is not required, the cost of the session is all you pay. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged.

Sessions conducted out of The Stronghold Gym. Can also be conducted from your home and via video call.
